This is the replacement washer and appears to be working fine after three loads. The washer that was purchased on the 17th only worked for five minutes after it was delivered and the entire panel went blank. We did not even get a chance to write down the serial number. However we do like the features on this machine and it is easy to operate.

We are so pleased with our new LG washing machine. It has performed well above what we have experienced from other manufacturers. This machine is user friendly economical and cleans wonderfully. It is very quiet and I highly recommend LG to all those who want a quality product.

Very Disappointed with this machine

I bought this machine in March 2022 and have been VERY disappointed with its performance. The normal cycle is pretty useless as there is not enough water to even cover the cloths and not to speak about the fact that the detergent does not get dissolved. I ran the delicate cycle and had to wash the cloths again as the detergent was still there at the end of the cycle. pretty much the only cycle that works properly is the bedding.
Very disappointed and will not recommend.
It would be nice to be contacted by a rep. to discuss what I can be done to get a better product from LG.

This is a good washing machine. The agitator is nicer than non-agitator washers to get very soiled clothing clean. You use more water to double-wash heavily soiled clothing in a non-agitator top-loader. The controls are easy to use. I like the countdown timer on the control panel. Other washers you dont know how much more time before a load is finished. The tub is big and you can put in a lot but if you look through the lid there is a minimal amount of water added to the tub so you dont want to pack it very high.
So far no problems. I am satisfied with this washer.
